Dr. Emmanuel Gwan

Emmanuel Gwan is a medical Doctor and Research Project Manager at CRENC, supporting the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary health research projects, from planning and protocol development to field execution and reporting. He coordinates multi‑site research activities, ensures ethical and regulatory compliance, and oversees data quality, SOP adherence, and database management standards across studies. He also conducts ethics audits and ensure accurate, timely reporting to regulatory bodies and partners. In addition to operational leadership, he contributes to capacity building by organizing research workshops, e‑learning programmes, and structured mentorship sessions that strengthen the skills of early‑career researchers across Cameroon.
