Christie Linonge, MD, MSc

Doctor Christie Linonge is a Doctor of Medicine, a graduate of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Buea. She is a Fellow at the prestigious Clinical Research Education Networking and Consultancy (CRENC). Christie is committed to improving cardiovascular health in Cameroon through health education and digital health technology.
Christie is currently Project Manager of one of the leading CRENC Projects, m-THYPA, a digital health technology platform to reduce high blood pressure in Cameroon. Currently, Christie works as a medical doctor with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Cameroon, she works to ensure proper referral and management of internally displaced persons in the south-west region. She is Web and Social Media Co-ordinator of Health Education and Research Organisation (HERO) Cameroon, an NGO that seeks to safeguard a more equitable, “disease-free” and emerging Cameroon.
Christie is an alumna of the Cameroon Leadership Academy and a Mandela Washington Fellow. Her other interests include blogging and community involvement.
